REGISTRATION NOTICE

Please note that if you do not want to book room in the Borgo center, you must acquit you daily fee amounting to 55 euros per day. This fee gives you access to the conference room and to various services offered by the center including the lunch. In this case you will receive an invoice after your registration.

Payment on place :
If you want to pay at your arrival : (by cash or CB) - you must register before June 17 and select the payment method "check" on the registration form. So you will not have penalties. In this case please send jointly a message to "congres@floralis.fr" to precise you want to pay on place. You receive your invoice after confirmation of your registration. You will pay your invoice on arrival at Borgo.

But please ignore the following message when you receive your confirmation : "In order to validate your registration, we kindly ask you to send us a check to the account of Floralis, at least 2 days before the event, to the following address [...]. Please be aware that payment by "Check" is only possible for French companies or university [...]".

This message is automatically sent after a registration with payment by check.
